Please contact me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We offer Relaxation, Swedish, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Himalayan Salt Stones, Cupping, and Aromatherapy massage. Therapeutic massage is also available for insurance reimbursement if qualified.
The standard massage session is 60 minutes, but I also offer 90-minute and 120-minute sessions.
You may undress to your comfort level, but I am a trained therapist who knows how to drape you with a sheet or towel to maintain your privacy. Only the area being worked on will be exposed. No areas will be exposed without your consent. You should always let your therapist know if you are uncomfortable for any reason during your massage session.
The massage length you book is how long the hands-on portion your massage is scheduled for. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to communicate your goals with your therapist and get ready for your massage.
For those who use massage as preventative care or to manage daily stress, one massage a month is common. Weekly sessions may be desirable if you are receiving massage for injury relief or to relieve chronic tightness that is interfering with your daily life. There are many people who incorporate massage therapy at least twice a month for optimal therapeutic relief.
Nothing. The pricing is set so you do not tip.

No, I do not bill insurance companies. However, I do provide Therapeutic massage for those whose insurance plans cover "Massage Reimbursement" for Out-of-Network Massage Providers.
First you will want to contact your Insurance Company, ask if your current plan provides reimbursement for massage therapy with an Out-Of-Network massage provider. If the answer is yes, you will be able to book a Therapeutic massage session.
You will pay for the massage at the time of service, and I will provide you with an invoice that holds all the *necessary details for you to submit to your insurance provider to be reimbursed for the appointment.
(*Some insurance companies require different information, so be sure to gather all the necessary details and forms for you to submit.)
If the submittal process is declined, let me know why and if it was some missed information, I will work with you so you can try again.
Ultimately, if it is declined, it just means you will not receive the reimbursement from your insurance provider for your massage, as you are responsible for paying the full amount of the Therapeutic Massage at the time of service.
You may want to consider booking one of the other options available to you in the future.
A license means that a massage therapist has met the requirements and paid the fee to legally practice massage in your city, county and/or state. To obtain a license, a massage therapist will usually have to complete a minimum number of training hours at an accredited or accepted school or training center and will have to undergo a full background check prior to receiving that license. Each state has specific licensing and/or certification requirements for massage therapists.
